The Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech 2023 list was unveiled at a ceremony organized by Diversity UK, in partnership with Eversheds Sutherland and Biorbyt. The event, held in Central London on July 5, 2023, featured the presentation of the list, the recognition of 30 Asian Tech Pioneers Awards, a discussion on 'AI and HealthTech,' and a Tech Showcase highlighting four innovators. This annual list acknowledges the significant contributions of British Asians to the digital economy and has been running successfully for nine years. Lopa Patel MBE, Chair of Diversity UK, expressed satisfaction with the event's success, emphasizing the celebration of diversity, innovation, and positive feedback received.
She said, “It was a busy evening, but with the support of our partners, Eversheds Sutherland and Biorbyt, I was pleased that we organised a really enjoyable, insightful and informal event that has received a lot of positive feedback. We published the definitive list of the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech 2023 celebrating diversity in the digital sector with a special focus on innovation, the ninth year for the feat!"
