Kelly Tolhurst, Conservative candidate for the Rochester and Strood Parliamentary by-election, joined her local Hindu community on Sunday 2 November as they prepared for the Jalaram Jayanti celebrations. She was joined by Priti Patel MP and Rehman Chishti MP.
