A leading personal injury specialist has joined the fast-growing law firm Axiom DWFM.
Suki Chhokar arrives as a Partner in the Birmingham office where he will head up the company’s newly-formed Public and International Health team. He joins from high-profile personal injury solicitors Irwin Mitchell where he led the International Personal Injury Department.
His team primarily dealt with group actions against UK-based tour operators, or single party actions against defendants in foreign countries. Some of the cases involving large numbers of people falling ill on holiday resulted in multi-million-pound settlements.
Suki has extensive experience of dealing with serious injury cases to include both domestic and international personal injury.
His specialities include: Personal and Serious Injury Cases, Working with Domestic and International Lawyers and Case Study Management.
