A sex attacker who raped a schoolgirl and then asked her to “say thank you” has failed in a bid to clear his name. Fesal Aidarus, 19, was handed a six-year jail term at Birmingham Crown Court after jurors convicted him of rape last November.
His victim was a 14-year-old he viciously raped after he and a friend picked her up in 2015. Dismissing the sentence challenge, the appeal judge pointed to Aidarus' lack of remorse.
