Dave Hands was given a £35 parking ticket after he had stopped on double yellow lines in Birmingham, as he was having an angina attack.

He had followed his doctors advise by leaving his car and finding help.

He returned back after an hour and saw the parking ticket on his car. However, the fine increased to £70 as he had not paid the previous fine on time.
