LEICESTER: An Indian restaurant in Leicester teamed up with a local fitness studio to host an event for people make healthier choices when dining has been hailed a success.
Joe Hanney, who owns U Fit Studio on Barkby Road, worked with Indian restaurant Chutney Ivy, on Halford Street, and Jenny Cross of Cross Productions set up the Dining on a Diet experience, which attracted 55 guests, including former Leicester City player, Steve Walsh.
Joe created this event after a number of his clients expressed having difficulties with maintaining a healthy diet when eating out and have so far attracted 150 attendees from across Leicestershire.
The next Dining on a Diet event will take place on Wednesday 2nd September.
