A thief opened a woman’s car door and snatched her handbag. CCTV images of a man police want to speak to have been released in a bid to put a name to the face.
The woman, who was with her two young children, was targeted as she was about to reverse her car out of a space at a car park on Trinity Street in Bolton .
A man blocked her in by parking his vehicle close to her nearside. Police said he got out of his car and opened the passenger door of her car before asking: “Am I in your way?”
He then snatched her handbag and drove off at around 6.30pm on November 1.
