According to a medic, David Jones, from Worthing Hospital, the UK should follow in the footsteps of Australia and charge patients for medical visits.

In the British Medical Journal, Jones said that patients should be charged a fee of £10 to see their General Practitioner in order to make patients think twice before making an appointment to bother their doctor.
