Sarah Johnson (36), a lawyer, had killed herself by jumping in front of a train at Victoria station, in April 2015. It is said that she felt guilty of not being a good enough mother and this drove her to her death.

Westminster Crown Court heard how Johnson was fit, healthy, enjoyed financial stability and appeared to have a happy family.

Sarah Johnson lived with her husband, David (37), and their three young children in a £12.5 million house in London.

She had become depressed and started to heavily consume alcohol from the beginning of this year. She was also admitted twice to the mental health hospital.

Sarah Johnson had left a note in which she mentioned :her wonderful husband and three beautiful children who she adored”. However, she felt her “respect, self-esteem and dignity [had] all gone now”.
