Crimestoppers spoke to people in Loughborough this week as part of a campaign called Gauge Your Behaviour.
Crimestoppers East Midlands regional manager Kiran Dhanda, said: “This campaign has been really successful in making people think about the amount of alcohol they drink and consider the potential risks to them of drinking to excess. No-one is trying to spoil their festive fun, we just want to ensure they are kept safe from harm by raising awareness of potential risks that they can face. Volunteers are key to this important work, which is why we’re always encouraging people to come forward and support us.”
