Sookhdeo, pictured, allegedly told the woman he felt it was difficult to trust people and asked her if she would report him if he touched her breast. Shortly after, he began feeling her thighs before placing his hand around her breast, Swindon Crown Court heard. He has pleaded not guilty to one count of sexual assault and two counts of witness intimidation.
Prosecuting Nicholas Gerasimidis, said: “The defendant and the complainant were sat in the office together on a sofa. He then began talking about the most bizarre things, including whether he would report him for touching her. Both of his hands reached over and then he placed them on the inside of her thigh."
