A small catering service is serving disabled, elderly and vulnerable people by providing healthy food everyday. Jalaram Tiffin Service, have joined hands with various charities and NHS Trust groups who are helping currently following people on daily basis:

1) Vulnerable and Disabled people

2) People under poverty line (Low Income)

3) Front line Government Services (NHS Staff, Fire Stations and Police Stations)

4) Indian people and students stranded in UK.

We are currently working with Feed-the-workers, Sewa Security Group (Mr. Mahesh Varsani) and Indians London on Orkut (Facebook Group).

“As a Lion member of Lions Club of Sudbury, I have been provided with a lot of guidance and support from all our members. Specially our Lion President Mr. Dharmesh Desai.

“We also supported the distribution of donation bags and goods by Morrisons (Queensburry Branch) - Sr. Manager Lee Collette said Gopika (Staff Member) has facilitated the donations,” said Rikul Patel.

On an average basis they are supplying almost 200-300 meals to the NHS hospitals supporting 3-4 local hospitals. Additionally they are assisting 14 Indian Citizens for food and support who are stranded near Heathrow Airport. They have also assisted nearly 40 students who were stuck due to Lockdown in India through Telangana Congress (UK).

As a part of their good cause, they are now approached by AkshayPatra to work alongside with them and to help when the organisation requests.
