The event began with an air of excitement as the employees gathered to commemorate five years of the organisation's growth and achievements. Directors Pranav Vora and Nirav Patel, who have been instrumental in leading AUM Care Group since its inception, addressed the gathering, expressing their immense pride in the accomplishments of the organisation. Both directors took the opportunity to commend the employees, calling them their “co-worker family” and emphasising the crucial role that each member had played in the company’s success.
Pranav Vora, in particular, praised the unwavering dedication and collective effort of the staff, stating, "This milestone is not just the achievement of the company but the achievement of every individual here who has contributed to the growth and vision of AUM Care Group."
The event was attended by Anjana Patel, Deputy Mayor of Harrow, who graced the occasion as the chief guest. Her heartfelt speech resonated with all attendees, as she acknowledged the significant impact of AUM Care Group on the community and its vital role in the healthcare sector. She emphasised the importance of care and compassion, the cornerstones of AUM Care Group's work, and praised the team for their relentless commitment over the years.

A highlight of the evening was the screening of a short audiovisual (AV) presentation that took the audience through AUM Care Group’s journey and growth over the past five years. The AV showcased the company’s humble beginnings, its expansion, and the tremendous impact it has had on the care industry. The presentation served as a powerful reminder of the hard work, dedication, and resilience demonstrated by both the leadership and employees.
The directors expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards the team, highlighting the role of every employee in the success of the organisation. Pranav Vora stated, “The story of AUM Care Group is a story of perseverance, teamwork, and the belief that when we work together, we can achieve great things.”
The next part of the evening was dedicated to recognising the hard work and dedication of employees. The Rewards and Recognition Ceremony, hosted by HR Director Sweety Vora, celebrated outstanding performances and contributions over the past year. The recipients of the awards were presented with accolades by Deputy Mayor Anjana Patel, further adding to the prestige of the evening.
This segment of the event honoured individuals from various departments, with categories ranging from excellence in care, teamwork, leadership, and innovation. Each awardee was lauded for their dedication and impact within the organization. The recognition not only boosted morale but also highlighted AUM Care Group’s commitment to appreciating the efforts of its employees.
In addition to the awards, the company's internal auditors, John and Patricia, also addressed the gathering, offering words of wisdom and encouragement. They reflected on the importance of integrity, transparency, and accountability in maintaining the organisation's excellent track record.
The event was seamlessly anchored and coordinated by HR Executives Amisha Mehta and Anshu Jain, who ensured the evening flowed smoothly. In a conversation with Asian Voice and Gujarat Samachar, Pranav Vora shared how AUM Care Group’s purpose aligns deeply with his life’s philosophy. He emphasised that the essence of the organisation is to care for those in need, which has been the driving force behind its success and growth over the past five years. He adds, “Its not a business, its a service. In the next five years, we plan to expand our support and care in sectors like Child care and Residential care.”
The evening concluded with dinner and a DJ session, where employees danced and celebrated their achievements with joy and enthusiasm.
