6 HSBC staff members were sacked after their ISIS killing spoof video was made public.
The video footage posted online showed five men dressed in black overalls and balaclavas standing over an Asian colleague, Saf Ahmed, who is seen kneeling, dressed in an orange jumpsuit. One of the colleagues shouts “Allahu Akbar” as he displays a coat hanger as a fake knife.
Both British aid workers, Alan Henning and David Haines wore similar orange jumpsuits to the one worn in the spoof video when they were murdered in the most horrifying way possible last year.
The video was filmed during a team-building day out at a go-karting centre, in Birmingham.
A HSBC spokesperson said, “We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour. We took the decision to sack the individuals involved. This is an abhorrent video and HSBC would like to apologise for any offence caused.”
