YSRCP’s under-construction party office at Tadepalli in Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur was demolished. Mangalagiri-Tadepalli municipal corporation, which brought down the building, claimed the structure was illegal and being constructed on irrigation land without the necessary approvals. YSRCP, on the other hand, alleged that the demolition was in defiance of HC order. YSRCP president and former chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said CM N Chandrababu Naidu had taken his vindictive politics to the next level. Reacting to the demolition, Jagan said Naidu demolished the “near-completion party office like a dictator” by ignoring HC orders. “Law and justice have disappeared from the state. With this incident, Naidu gave a violent message as to how the next five years are going to be. However, YSRCP will not back down to these threats and vindictive politics. We will continue to fight for people, on behalf of people and with the people,” he posted on X.
