NEW DELHI: The Indian School of Business, along with the British Deputy High Commission, hosted the Young Thinkers' Conference Chandigarh at the ISB's Mohali campus. Well established in New Delhi, where it has been held for the past six years, this was the first time the conference was held outside the Capital. The British High Commission's flagship foreign and security police conference, it is structured as four panels with each ranging a thematic topic, moderated by a senior journalist. This year's topics included "What is the impact of growing involvement of woman in foreign policy?" and "How should peacekeeping adapt to evolving challenges?" Speakers and panelists included Manjeet Kripalani, Executive Director, Gateway House; Ambassador Meera Shankar; Ambassador Veena Sikri; Jyoti Kamal, Senior Editor, CNN IBN, and others. British High Commissioner Sir Dominic Asquith was the special keynote.
