Teenager shoots mother for refusing money for drugs

CHANDIGARH: A teenaged boy has been arrested on charges of murder after he allegedly shot his mother dead when she refused to give him money to buy drugs. Police said the boy, aged near 16, fatally shot his mother Kulwinder Kaur with his father's licensed gun in Kot Dharmu village. While father Kuldeep Singh was away from home when the incident took place, he was the one to file a police complaint.
