Sonia tests positive for Covid again

Two months after contracting Covid-19, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi tested positive for the infection again and will remain in isolation. Earlier this week, her daughter Priyanka Gandhi had also tested positive.
“Congress chief Sonia Gandhi has tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday. She will remain in isolation as per government protocol,” tweeted Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh. Sonia had tested positive for Covid in early June as well. Days after she had tested positive, she was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi on June 12. She was discharged on June 20.
