Pakistani pigeon handed over to bird lover

Pathankot: The white coloured pigeon caught with a Pakistani seal and Urdu markings on its body, has been handed over to a local bird lover to care. Ramanjit Singh owns a facility that takes care of birds and pets. The female pigeon is now kept in the company of a male pigeon, Ramanjit told reporters. He said that he is feeding the birds with wheat, lentils, pigeon peas and black grams, and the birds are medically examined periodically. Police had earlier guarded the bird who looked suspicious owing to the Pakistani writings over it.
