Thanks to the efforts of Rajkot based 'Project Life', the elementary school in Panasada village, Gujarat, has undergone major transformation, nearly a century after its establishment. The project serves as a beacon of hope for underprivileged children, thanks to the philanthropic partnership between Harshad Lakhani and family. The dedication ceremony was performed by Harshad Lakhani, in the presence of Jyotsana Shah, the Consulting Editor of Gujarat Samachar, London.
This event was also attended by the next generation of the Lakhani family, Tony and Mrs Vibha Lakhani Subraj, Mrs Shubha Lakhani and Bingham Scott from the USA, and Devi Parekh from the UK.
Jyotsana Shah along with Mrs Bina and David Holden, executive committee member of NVA, UK, Shakuben Sheth, Deviben Parekh, Ushaben Shah, Roshanben and Vinodbhai Malaviya, UK and Kundanben Doshi, Kenya, visited Project 'Life', Global Headquarter and it’s intervention, Life Blood Centre, Life Thalassaemia Prevention Centre and Life Greenfield Centre.
