Couch potatoes risk having shrunken brains

Remain physically inactive and you'll end up shrinking your brain size. A study has suggested that if you are idle, or a couch potato, during your middle-age, you are at a higher risk of shrinking your brains.

The research associated the lack of fitness among those aged in their thirties and forties with a smaller size brain two decades later.
