Young women too shy to discuss sex with doctors

A charity has found that over half of young women in Britain search for answers for their sexual health problems on Google rather than consulting their GP, as they feel too embarrassed to speak to their doctor.

According to a survey by Ovarian Cancer Action, women under 25 are more likely to seek advice from their mothers for gynaecological issues, rather than asking a health professional.
