Why you shouldn't force your children to eat

A research has suggested that making young children eat food they have not tried before could actually cause more harm.

According to the research, it could lead to children growing up to become anxious adults with low self-esteem. They found that anxiety caused food neophobia, the fear of tasting new things. This could be made worse by parents who become more frustrated with their children.
