In Ayurveda, fever is termed as Jwara roga, marked by the body's temperature surpassing its usual range, disrupting normal bodily processes. Typical fever symptoms encompass chills, muscle pains, sore throat, reduced appetite, headaches, and heightened body temperature.

According to Ayurveda, fevers arise from imbalances in the body's doshas. To restore health and prevent ailments, Ayurvedic principles suggest addressing the underlying causes through Ayurvedic science.

Warm bath with neem leaves: Prepare a neem leaf infusion by boiling neem leaves in water, then incorporate the strained liquid into your bathwater. Neem's antipyretic qualities aid in fever reduction, while its antimicrobial attributes facilitate healing.

Raisin decoction: To alleviate fever, soak raisins in water overnight. In the morning, crush them into a paste and blend it with water for consumption. Raisins aid in cooling the body and enhancing immunity.

Sandalwood paste: Create a paste by mixing sandalwood powder with water and apply it to the forehead. Sandalwood's cooling characteristics can aid in reducing body temperature and offering relief from fever.

Steaming with mint leaves: Inhale steam infused with mint leaves soaked in hot water. Mint's cooling attributes assist in lowering body temperature and alleviating congestion often linked with fever.
