As one feels exhausted, drained amid the daily hustle, having a peaceful mind is the only way to keep one's sanity intact. Kickstarting your day with a cup of hot brew and multiple stress-inducing thoughts may seem like the norm these days, however, in this article we will share a few tips on how to launch your Monday morning with a sense of peace and calm.
1) Start your day with yoga or meditation. Right? This will help you channelise your energy, help you introspect, and calm you down.
2) Get 6-8 hours of restful sleep.
