Having been crowned as Mrs India Universe 2017 (reported in 21st November's edition of Asian Voice), Anisha Safaya embarks on her journey towards Mrs Universe 2018.
Born to a Kashmiri family, the Jammu & Kashmir ambassador, Anisha has added another feather to her cap by being crowned as Mrs South Central Asia on 11th February 2018, in Mumbai, India.
The strong supporter of the “Beti bachao, beti padao” programme, Anisha feels immensely proud to be able to represent India at an international platform. She now gears up to work harder in order to bring pride to the nation.
Anisha shared, “It is a huge responsibility to represent our country at Mrs Universe 2018 and it is a big challenge, but I am all ready for it because I know all I have to do is be the best version of myself, work harder. I am all up for it.”
