Telugu actor Poonam Kaur announced that she has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a medical condition defined by the presence of chronic widespread pain, fatigue and depression. Sharing a note, Poonam wrote, “Let’s rest for a bit. Fibromyalgia is when a motivated person with lots of plans is forced to slow down and rest…” Her fans wished her a speedy recovery in the comments section.
Poonam made her acting debut with the 2006 Telugu film, ‘Mayajalam’. She went on to star in films such as ‘Souryam', ‘Vinayakudu', ‘Eenadu’, ‘Ganesh’ and ‘Gaganam’ among others. She currently awaits the release of the Telugu film ‘Nathicharami'.
