However, the Kollywood industry has taken a liking to the movie as fellow actors shower praise for the big-budget movie. Director Linguswamy said the movie was a perfect entertainer for children and lauded the technical features of the film. Even superstar Rajinikanth was impressed with the movie. A source said Rajini was all praise for Vijay and Sridevi's performances and termed the film a thrilling entertainer for family and children.
