Filmmaker SS Rajamouli and his family members have tested positive for Covid-19. He said they were tested after developing a mild fever a few days ago. He took to Twitter to share the news, and wrote, “My family members and I developed a slight fever few days ago. It subsided by itself but we got tested nevertheless. The result has shown a mild Covid positive today. We have home quarantined as prescribed by the doctors.”
He added in another tweet, “All of us are feeling better with no symptoms but are following all precautions and instructions...Just waiting to develop antibodies so that we can donate our plasma.” Rajamouli, before the pandemic hit, was busy shooting for his upcoming 'RRR' with Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt.
The movie will feature Jr NTR and Ram Charan as revolutionary freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju. It is being produced on a mammoth budget of £40 million. While the movie is 75 per cent complete, the remainder will be shot on a set in Hyderabad.
