'Bigil,' the film which features Thalapathy Vijay and Nayanthara in the lead roles, was released on October 25. Directed by Atlee, the sports-drama featured Jackie Shroff, Vivekh, Yogi Babu, Kathir, Indhuja amongst others in the lead roles.
The film did wonders at the box-office within a few days. Produced by Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh and Kalpathi S. Suresh under the banner AGS Entertainment, the film has been giving stupendous records. On the technical front, 'Bigil' is shot by 'Mersal' cinematographer G.K. Vishnu while Ruben and Muthuraj handles the editing and art departments respectively. The music is composed by AR Rahman.
One of the Singapenneys of the film, Amritha Aiyer had taken to her social media and thanked her “sweetheart” Nayanthara for gifting her a wrist watch on her birthday. Sharing a few pictures, the actress wrote, “My most favourite person she’s such a sweetheart Also thank you so much for the gift you had given me for my Birthday which made me feel so special. I will cherish this forever Thank you for being so inspiring.”
