SS Rajamouli's 'RRR' marked a significant milestone in the careers of both Jr NTR and Ram Charan. Following the global success of 'RRR', Jr NTR is set to return with another pan-India project titled 'Devara: Part 1', alongside director Koratala Siva. Additionally, he has signed on for a project with Prashanth Neel, renowned for box office hits such as 'KGF' and 'Salaar'. Their collaboration is tentatively titled 'Dragon'.

According to recent reports, actor Bobby Deol is set to portray the villain in this movie. Following the immense success of 'Animal', Deol has earned acclaim for his compelling performances as antagonists. If these reports hold true, Jr NTR and Bobby will engage in a formidable face-off in the upcoming film. Additionally, the report suggests that Rashmika Mandanna is likely to star as the female lead.

According to a report from Pinkvilla, the title 'Dragon' was originally registered under Karan Johar's name and was initially intended for Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukherji's 'Brahmastra'. However, due to changes in the storyline, the title was dropped by the makers. Karan Johar subsequently transferred the title to Jr NTR. Meanwhile, Johar's production house will handle distribution for 'Devara: Part 1' in the Northern regions.

In addition, Prashanth Neel is currently occupied with the sequel to 'Salaar', starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, titled 'Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam'.
