Those who know Vikram Bhatt, are familiar with his love for horror. And while he continues his tradition of delivering prime quality ghost stories with the upcoming '1921', the filmmaker got up, close, and personal with one in real life. Shooting in the Wentworth Woodhouse, South Yorkshire, England, Bhatt caught an apparition of an old man in the lawns of the house.
Sharing a photo for all to witness, the director revealed that the house is one of the most haunted properties in the United Kingdom, adding that the house belonged to a man who owned coal mines and now haunts the property. While this could very well be a publicity stunt, '1921' has caught ample excitement. Trailer of the film has already shot across 10 million, and in fact, his brother Mahesh Bhatt spoke highly of him. “Just when the self-proclaimed pundits of our trade had written the obituary of the horror genre, comes a tale of love and horror from the director of Raaz who made horror not only profitable but also 'respectable'.”
