Shah Rukh to remain silent

Shah Rukh Khan has decided to stay away from any kind of political controversies. The actor's last movie 'Dilwale' was affected after he made comments on the issue of intolerance in the country. At the trailer launch of his upcoming 'Fan', when asked whether he wanted to make an appeal, the actor, in his natural wit, replied, “The only appeal I will make is when my team KKR takes a Mumbai Indians wicket I will scream out. I am not getting into anything else. Freedom of speech also means the right to keep silent. So, I am very silent about this.” The actor also said in an event that he would refrain from commenting on political issues.
