Bollywood's Kashibai, Priyanka Chopra spoke up on the controversy surrounding Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati'. “I have an incredible relationship with Sanjay sir and I admire him tremendously. I know this film will come out and people will see the art behind it. They just need to make sure that everything is sorted. I will always stand not only by Sanjay sir but also Deepika, Ranveer, and Shahid for the films,” she said.
Speaking at the Zee Cine Awards, PeeCee rubbished all claims of her being the highest-paid performer, stating that she never talks about her remuneration. She also congratulated fellow actor Anushka Sharma for tying the know with Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli. Chopra also congratulated Britain's Prince Harry who recently announced his engagement to actor Meghan Markle. She said, I don't know about that of course but I have spoken to her (Meghan) and I am extremely happy for her. It is a fairytale for both Meg and Anushka. It is really great to see.”
