It is no secret that Anushka Sharma is a big softie for animals and has often campaigned for their protection and welfare. The 'Phillauri' actress recently paid a visit to an Udaipur-based animal shelter that is run by an NGO operating in the region and from the look of her Instagram page, she seemed to have a field day. Posting several photos of herself petting rescued animals, including calves and dogs, Anushka expressed her support for the cause with a lengthy caption that read, “Spent the day at Udaipur's animal rescue & shelter, @animalaid_india. Some really incredible work is being done by Jim, Erika, Claire, Neha, Raj & others.
