Amar Kaushik, celebrating the success of ‘Stree 2’, is set to produce a new supernatural horror-comedy. Having previously produced ‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga’ and ‘Munjya’, Kaushik revealed the title of his latest vampire film from the Maddock Supernatural Universe in a recent interview.

He has confirmed that he is producing a vampire movie titled ‘Thamba’, with shooting set to start in the next two months. He also provided an update on ‘Bhediya 2’, revealing that while the story is written, the screenplay is still being developed to address some issues with the original narrative.

A recent report revealed that Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna will star in Aditya Sarpotdar’s upcoming horror-comedy. The film, titled ‘Vampires of Vijay Nagar’, will mark the first collaboration between the two actors. Ayushmann, who previously worked with Dinesh Vijan on ‘Bala’, has been discussing this project with him for some time. The script is currently being written, and pre-production is expected to begin by the end of the year. Amar's recent release Stree 2 was a sequel to his 2018 horror-comedy Stree.
