Recent bombing by USA in Iraq and Syria is indeed cowardly, cruel and counter-productive.
Yesterday I called LBC at about noon to take part in the debate about the system of selection and election of MPs in the UK. The moderator at the other end of the line advised me that my idea was very relevant to the discussion and he will try to put me through. Of course, he never did. That has happened to me with LBC 9 out of 10 times, but I still keep trying.
I found that Asian Voice and Sunrise and now Lyca Radio have deeper roots about freedom of thought and expression than the mainstream media.
MPs in the UK are not independent at all. They just have to follow the party line policies developed by a handful few at the top of the political party. When I was interviewed for the position in Finchley at the Tally Ho Labour office in 1997, I was told I had to follow the party line 85% of the time. What kind of freedom of thought and expression is this?
