Asian arrested in Oxford for drink driving

He had 103 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. He was given a 12-month community order and banned from driving for 24 months. Ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £60 and £85 in costs.
