Woman kills husband for extramarital affairs

Madurai: Hell hath no wrath like a woman scorned. The 35- year- old Selvi killed her husband in his sleep by crushing his head with a grinding stone at their house in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Identified as Chellapandi, the victim was into black magic and a few extramarital affairs which caused frequent fights between the couple which subsequently, resulted in his death. He had reached home the night of the incident in an inebriated condition when a fight ensued between him and his wife. Selvi later on, surrendered to the police with her children, a 15 -year -old son and a 14- year- old daughter.
