Veteran star Amitabh Bachchan has now become the first Bollywood celebrity to gain 15 million followers on the micro-blogging website, Twitter. He had joined the site in May 2010 and his account has ever since become a means for his fans to connect and interact with him. The 72- year- old actor beat his contemporaries Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Priyanka Chopra with the new record. He is a frequent user of Twitter and has so far tweeted 41,600 times.
