After Jamaat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed petitioned in Lahore high court to ban Kabir Khan's Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer 'Phantom', the makers of the film have taken precautionary steps by keeping actor Shahnawaz Pradhan underground.
Pradhan plays the role of Saeed who is one of the main accused in 26/11 Mumbai attacks. “The security of all our actors is extremely important for us and now that his identity is revealed, there are precautionary measures being taken,” the film's spokesperson said in a statement.
'Phantom' is adapted from S Hussain Zaidi's book 'Mumbai Avengers' which is set five years after the attack, when a retired army officer spearheads a covert mission to seek out and kill the masterminds.
